WimCounting
WimCounting is the Image Analysis Solution to quantitatively evaluate the number of cells in images from different types of assays, like the cell viability assay, the pathogen concentration determination, the cell division rate calculation and many more.

WimCounting is the automated cell and nuclei counting tool that allows you to make your cell count without spending extra time on it or buying expensive equipment. With WimCounting the manual counting days are over and you will have more time for your research. Just quickly upload your images to myWim image analysis platform and you will receive your results within minutes.

WimCounting is specifically engineered to work with the most common microscopy techniques in cell counting assays, fluorescence, phase contrast and differential interference contrast. Just choose the modality of your images in the upload and get your image analysis done fast and accurately. If you use a different microscopy technique, don’t hesitate to upload your images to the “Other” module and let the analysis automatically determine the parameters that best fit them to provide you with accurate cell counting results.

Results of the WimCounting tool are provided in a zip file that includes a csv file for each of the images analyzed with the analysis data, a summary csv file that gathers the most important data of every csv data file and the output images with the detected cells outlined in red color.
