About Cell and nuclei counting

WimCounting allows you to make your cell count without spending extra time on it or buying expensive equipment like a flow cytometer. With our solution, the manual counting days are over and you will have more time for your research.

It is specifically engineered to work with the most common microscopy techniques in cell counting assays: fluorescence, phase contrast and differential interference contrast. Just choose the modality of your images in the upload and get your image analysis done fast and accurately. If you use a different microscopy technique, don’t hesitate to upload your images to the “Other” module and let the analysis automatically determine the parameters that best fit them to provide you with accurate cell counting results.
