WimSprout, the Image Analysis Solution to quantitatively evaluate new generated sprouts during sprouting assay. With WimSprout you can easily observe and estimate the angiogenesis process in vitro. The identification of pro- and antiangiogenetic factors also can be done with our tool.

To use WimSprout no extra hardware or software is needed - just quickly upload images to your account created at myWim platform.

WimSprout is still a beta-version and under development. In regard to this, please note that the results will not be provided automatically but we will get back to you with the results as soon as possible.

The results as a brief summary are delivered via e-mail. CSV data for in depth statistical evaluation and overlay images are ready-to-download at myWim platform.

Analysis data contain:

• spheroid area [px]
• sprouts area [px]
• number of sprouts
• cumulative sprouts length [px]
• mean sprouts length [px]
• standard deviation of sprouts length [px]
