Wimasis GmbH creates its first subsidiary, Wimasis S.L., in Córdoba, Spain.

CÓRDOBA, Spain, June 2nd, 2010 – Wimasis GmbH creates its first subsidiary, Wimasis S.L., in Córdoba, Spain.

Due to the increasing interest of Spanish institutions and research centers in efficient and effective services offered by Wimasis, the company decided to set up operations within the local research network.

The Spanish research and development center will be located at Parque Científico Tecnológico de Córdoba. It is planned to be operative by the end of 2010 and with the additional resources Wimasis’ activities to develop innovative, cost-efficient and flexible analysis tools for the life sciences will be strongly accelerated.

Whit this step Wimasis contributes to the Technology Network of Andalusia, offering new job opportunities in a high technology environment and showing its commitment to the new High-Value production model promoted by Andalusia and Spain Government.
