From now on, the development of a chemotaxis assay enlarges the product portfolio of Wimasis.

Wimasis enters new fields by analyzing images from chemotaxis experiments. The key objective of this product development project is the availability of a fully automatic service. It will be accessible for clients on the Wimasis myWim platform.

As common procedure, Wimasis invites researchers to join the Co-Creator-Program for chemotaxis. Together with image analysis experts, participants co-develop the upcoming solution and help defining the future chemotaxis metrics. Collaborating researchers will get free results of their uploaded image sets, and don´t have to conduct manual cell tracking any more.

The product release of the “Quantitative Chemotaxis Assay” as fully automatic service is scheduled for winter 2010.
